Man charged with carrying knife on to school grounds

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - A man was charged with carrying a knife on to the grounds of Sunset Park Elementary School Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, Brian Cox, 42, went back to the school grounds around 1:30 after he was previously trespassed. There's no word on what he was previously trespassed for.
Cox was charged with carrying a knife on school grounds and disorderly conduct.
He is being held under a $5,000 secured bond.
