House featured in One Tree Hill series for sale in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - A house featured in the One Tree Hill television series is for sale, according to Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.

One Tree Hill was filmed in Wilmington, starting in 2003, and ran for nine seasons on the WB Network. The series was shot in many notable locations in the area, including the Wilmington Riverwalk, Black Cat Shoppe, Blue Post Billiards, and Thalian Hall.

In the series, the house was the home of Moira Kelly and Chad Michael Murray’s characters, Karen Roe and Lucas Scott.

According to the listing, the house is being sold for $585,000.

There will be an open house on Friday, Sept. 19, from 2 to 5 p.m.
