Judge dismisses eviction notice served to St. Mary’s Health Clinic by Basilica of Saint Mary

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - The Executive Director of St. Mary’s Health Clinic confirmed with WECT that a judge dismissed the eviction notice in small claims court on Thursday that was served by the Basilica of Saint Mary.

The clinic does not have to leave the location right now, and organization members say the church has reached out to work out a timeline.
