One transported to hospital following crash near Isabel Holmes Bridge

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) - Crews responded to a crash near the Isabel Holmes Bridge just before 5:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 25, according to a New Hanover County representative.

The crash occurred near the intersection of US 421 and US 74, according to a bridge representative. As of this time, traffic is unimpeded in both directions across the bridge.

One person was transported to the hospital, per the representative with the county.
