WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - A break-in at The Robin's Nest jewelry and antique store on Carolina Beach Road was caught on camera Friday morning.

The owner, Robin Hardison, says around $30,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from her store.

Surveillance video caught a man breaking through the glass door and stuffing jewelry into a duffel bag. The man is seen leaving the store and coming back a second time.

Wilmington police described the suspect as a white male wearing a camouflage jacket with a green scarf covering his face. He appears to be in his 20s or 30s.

Hardison says her ADT security alarm never went off, though she has had several false alarms.

"I just pray that somebody can see that footage and know who it is," she said. "I'm a single mom of three children and this is ridiculous. This is my life savings."
