WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Duplin County Schools will be closed Tuesday for students and staff.
Dawn Craft, the Executive Director of Administrative Services for Duplin County Schools, says the decision was made due to road conditions in parts of the county.
James Sprunt Community College in Kenansville will also operate on a delay Tuesday, opening at 10 a.m.
Onslow County Schools will operate on a two hour delay Tuesday for students and staff.
Duplin and Onslow counties are under a Winter Weather Advisory for possible minor snow accumulation.
Bladen and Columbus counties, along with inland areas of New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender counties, are under a freeze warning for Monday night into Tuesday morning.
