CHARGED: Man allegedly found with PCP after running stop signs

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – A man was arrested in Wilmington Sunday night in connection to drug-related charges after he was spotted running stop signs.
According to police, officers saw a Nissan sedan speeding and running stop signs so they pulled the vehicle over.
Dwight Kennedy started to struggle with the arresting officer and was pulling away when being handcuffed.
Police said Kennedy was charged for possession of PCP, reckless driving and resisting arrest.
