RALEIGH, NC (WECT) – Three new lottery games launched across North Carolina Tuesday, including one named after three of the most popular TV characters in American history: Larry, Moe and Curly.
The Three Stooges lottery is a $2 game that starts with six top prizes of $20,000 and more than $5.1 million in total prizes, according to the NC Education Lottery.
Players have ten chances to win and players who reveal a "mallet" symbol win all ten prizes instantly.
A spokesperson for the NC Education lottery said the overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 4.44.
Super Lucky 7's is a $5 game that features five top prizes of $100,00 and more than 220,000 prizes between $20 and $500. According to the NC Education Lottery, players who reveal a black "7" symbol win the prize shown and a red "7" symbol doubles the prize shown instantly. The odd of winning are 1 in 3.94.
The third game launching Tuesday is called Match & Win. The $3 game offers $5.8 million in total prizes at launch and six top prizes of $50,000. Players are looking for a "Money Bag" symbol to instantly win $20. Players have 11 chances to win a prize by matching their numbers across a set of numbers in a row or column.
