OAK ISLAND, NC (WECT) – A new single by Justin Bieber recently hit the radio airwaves, but it's a classic Bieber that had one bride all smiles at her wedding.

Roger Pogoda surprised his new bride, Olga, by serenading her at the altar with Bieber's "Baby." He posted the performance on YouTube and now it's going viral. You can check out the video above.

"I think the guys are pretty angry with me because now they've got to step up their game a bit," Pogoda joked after his video was picked up by JustinBieberZone.com. The video has gotten about 8,000 views from that site alone and nearly 50,000 views on YouTube.

Pogoda said there are lots of songs out there, but this song was the perfect song to show the feelings he has for his bride.

"The purpose of the whole video was love, spreading love and doing something for the people that you love," Pogoda explained.

He said the big thing on his mind during the ceremony was making sure he didn't mess up the surprise for his new bride.

"I was nervous. I wasn't even nervous for the wedding. I was excited for the wedding," he said. "During the first half of the ceremony before I sang, honestly, I was just reciting the lines over and over again in my head and making sure I didn't screw this up."

Pogoda said he hasn't always had Bieber Fever but things have changed.

"We're Beliebers now – as they say. That's what they call them," Pogoda explained.

The couple plans to show the video to their own kids sometime down the road when a new generation of tweens won't have Bieber Fever.

"Someday I'm going to be able to embarrass my kids so horribly with this video when they have their friends over," said Pogoda. "That's probably what we're looking forward to the most - 15, 20 years down the road."

Pogoda said some of his friends have told him he should try to get on shows like The Ellen Show.
