Nearly 50 dropout students return to West Bladen High School

BLADEN COUNTY, NC (WECT) – At the beginning of the school year the principal at West Bladen High School invited students who had dropped out of school to finish their high school education.

Principal Todd Finn is determined to provide those students a second chance and to help them finish what they started.  He is willing to work out a schedule and a way for every student willing to receive their high school diploma.

Since Finn's letter, 49 students have returned to school to finish their classes at West Bladen.

The invite still stand for anyone who hasn't graduated yet.  Finn hopes to have at least 80 percent of his students graduate this year.
