West Brunswick High’s Saavedra named Brunswick County Schools’ Teacher of the Year

BOLIVIA, N.C. (WECT) - West Brunswick High School’s Kourtney Saavedra has been named Brunswick County Schools’ Teacher of the Year.
The honor was announced during the Brunswick County Schools Celebration of Excellence on Monday night.
Saavedra is a social studies teacher at West Brunswick.
