Traffic backed up on Hwy 17 due to road work on bridge near Supply

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) - Bridge work on Hwy 17 southbound over Royal Oak Swamp in Brunswick County is causing delays as of about 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 25, per the sheriff’s office.
The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office says to expect delays because of the work.
