Portion of Spartanburg Ave. to close in Carolina Beach for utility work

CAROLINA BEACH, N.C. (WECT) - The Town of Carolina Beach has announced that a portion of Spartanburg Ave. will experience closures on March 8.
Per the release, the 200 block of Spartanburg Ave. will be closed until 5 p.m. for water and sewer utility installment.
