NHC Special Olympics Spring Games continue
WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - The New Hanover County Special Olympics Spring Games 2022 kicked off at Ashley High School Thursday morning.
Thursday featured adult athletes, and Friday’s event will feature school-age athletes. Both days’ activities run from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Ashley High School.
The organizers are celebrating their first large event since 2019, and other fun events will be taking place so everyone can enjoy the celebration. You can learn more about the event on the Special Olympics NHC Facebook.
