WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - The Wilmington Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man who last spoke with his family on Feb. 12.
Police say that 28-year-old John Holtman Jr. was last seen wearing a grey pullover and grey shorts.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the WPD at 910-343-3609.
