Ride along: NHC deputy helps little girl take bike for a spin

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - During the protests in downtown Wilmington recently, a member of the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office shared a special moment with a child.
On Wednesday, the sheriff’s office shared pictures of Cpl. Jill Blackmon letting a little girl ride her bike.
“Cpl. Blackmon took some time during this past week’s protests to show this little girl what being on the Bike Unit is all about,” the Facebook post said.
