(WECT) - A baby food cooker is being recalled due to safety concerns about potential glass breaking.

BEABA has issued a recall of Babycook Neos purchased between July 2018 and February 2019 in the United States and Canada.

There have been reports of the glass bowls breaking during or after use of the product.

The reference numbers 912645 and 912646 can be used to identify the models affected. Check the bottom of your Babycook Neo for these numbers.

Consumers can get a replacement bowl by filling out a form here. Be sure to include a photo of the reference code and proof of purchase.
