WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Wilmington police say they’ve obtained warrants for a woman accused of hitting an Uber and attacking an Uber rider recording the incident.

Rozalyn Moore, 23, of Wilmington is wanted for hit and run, improper backing and simple assault.

Police say Moore backed into the victim’s vehicle at the intersection of Second and Princess streets around 11 p.m. on April 12. The Uber was stopped at a stop sign at the time of the collision.

When the victim told Moore they were calling the police, she began yelling and arguing. Video released by police shows Moore charging an Uber passenger recording the incident before she got in her car and left the scene of the crash.
