WASHINGTON, D.C. (WECT) - The U.S. Marshals Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force is looking for a man who is charged with second-degree murder and could be in the Carolinas.

Authorities believe he may have left the D.C. area after the shooting and could be in a number of states including North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, Maryland or Virginia.

He may have cut his hair in an effort to disguise his identity.

The U.S. Marshals is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to his arrest. The D.C. Metropolitan Police Department is offering up to $25,000.
