High pressure moves in and keeps us under mostly sunny skies for much of the week.

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Happy Saturday to you! Hopefully you're enjoying this beautiful Easter Weekend!

Colder air has moved in, which has dropped the temperatures a bit from the average for this time of year. You might want to grab a light jacket tomorrow morning heading to church service! Waking up tomorrow temperatures will range in the upper 40s and low 50s. High temperatures tomorrow will only get into the upper 60s to near 70 degrees, despite lots of sunshine.

Temperatures climb heading through the week! A more southerly flow will bring temperatures back into the upper 70s to near 80 through the week. Some perfect beach days ahead! The temperatures will be warm and we’ll have plenty of sunshine through the majority of the week. If you’re heading to the beaches or even outside doing yard work be sure to use that sunscreen and keep hydrated!
