WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Good Tuesday to you! Here in the First Alert Forecast Center, we're tracking a couple of cold fronts that will generate rain chances. One front will zip through the Cape Fear Region late Tuesday. Another front ought to approach and pass late Friday or Saturday. In between these two systems, Wednesday and Valentine's Day Thursday continue to look very handsome weather-wise. As you scan your posted First Alert Forecast - rain chances and tumultuous temperatures and all - please consider these weather highlights for the rest of your work week:

- Tuesday: a chance of fog, balmy south breezes, odds for gusty showers higher in the evening versus the morning.

- Wednesday: honest-to-goodness 0% rain chances, ample sunshine, cool and brisk west or north breezes.

- Valentine’s Day Thursday: a chilly and possibly frosty start but dry skies and 50s and 60s from there!

- Friday: another trip to the 60s with shower chances, though not quite zero, trending lower than prior thinking.
