Land cleared for apartment complex near Codington Elementary

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Land has been cleared to build a 276-unit apartment complex along Carolina Beach Road near Codington Elementary.
Plans for Ansley Park were submitted to the city in January 2019 by developer Core Property Capital.

The complex would consist of 10 apartment buildings and a clubhouse at the intersection of Fairview Drive and Carolina Beach Road.
Plans call for 132 one-bedroom, 120 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom apartments.
