WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - The National Weather Service has issued the following Flood Bulletins in Southeastern North Carolina: These bulletins include Flash Flood Warnings, Areal Flood Advisories, and Flood Warnings for area rivers:

Flood Bulletins

The National Weather Service has issued Flash Flood Watches for the areas highlighted below: A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions are favorable for the development of flash flooding.

Flood Watches

If you encounter high water... turn around, don’t drown. If flooding is imminent, move belongings or people to higher ground.
