Boom Boom Shrimp

  • 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled, and deveined
  • 1/2 C mayo
  • 1 10 ounce bottle Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 3 drops hot sauce
  • 3/4 C flour (or as needed)
  • oil for frying

Mix mayo and Thai sauce for the coating.  Bread the shrimp in flour.  Deep fry the shrimp until lightly brown.  Drain on paper towel.  Place shrimp in a bowl and coat with sauce.
