1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled, and deveined1/2 C mayo1 10 ounce bottle Thai sweet chili sauce3 drops hot sauce3/4 C flour (or as needed)oil for fryingMix mayo and Thai sauce for the coating. Bread the shrimp in flour. Deep fry the shrimp until lightly brown. Drain on paper towel. Place shrimp in a bowl and coat with sauce.
