WASHINGTON, DC (WECT) - While Wilmington is already watching TV in digital, the rest of the country will have to wait a little longer.
The Senate voted to delay the changeover from analog to digital television until June 12. Right now the switch is scheduled for Feb. 17.
The Obama administration favors the move. They say more than 6 million homes are not prepared for the change.
The bill will now move to the House for review.
