Balsamic Pork Chops

  • 6 ea. 8-10 oz. thick cut pork chops
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 springs rosemary, minced
  • 4 springs thyme, minced
  • 3 tbsp. steak seasoning
  • 4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Heat oven to 450º.  Combine oil, herbs, spices, and vinegar.  Massage chops with herb mixture until completely covered.  Roast in oven for 20-25 minutes, basting often.  Serve with orzo, rice, or cheddar grits.
