Grilled Spicy Pork Tenderloin

  • 2-4 pork tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Sea Alt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper

Combine the spices and the sugar, blend well.  Preheat the grill.  Rub the tenderloins with Olive Oil and then coat evenly with the spice mix.  Grill over high heat on all sides for 2-3 minutes.  Reduce heat and finish cooking.

BBQ Sauce

  • 1/2 C Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Ketchup
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. slat
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 tbsp. dark molasses
  • 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar

Combine all of the above in a medium saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes.  If more heat is needed in the sauce, add a few drops of your favorite hot sauce.  Great on beef, pork, chicken, and seafood.
