WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) -- With all the important issues facing our country, it's interesting how some people ultimately make their voting decisions. One of our viewers wrote that her mind was made up. Why? Well because she is not going to be able to see and hear "Fire and Rain."
She is very upset at the way James Taylor tickets were distributed. As most of you know, Taylor agreed to perform a benefit concert in Wilmington for the Obama campaign.
Here is what she wrote to us:
"How many tickets was each person allowed to get? Any more than 2 per person would have been extremely unfair. Why were people allowed to stand in line for hours even though a simple head count could have told them they would not get any? Is anyone keeping up with how much money scalpers are getting for these tickets? I really doubt the angry ticketless fans feel eager to vote for him NOW."
This concert was aimed at building support for the Obama campaign. But it looks like - at least for one voter - it had the opposite effect.
