Cape Fear Shrimp & Crab Dip

  • 1 lb. crabmeat, cooked, chopped and shell free
  • 1 lb. cleaned shrimp, steamed and chopped
  • 1/2 C shredded cheddar
  • 8 oz. chive and onion cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 C mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C parmesan, grated
  • 1/4 C minced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325º. Combine all the ingredients and blend well.  Spread evenly in a buttered casserole dish, bake for 30-40 minutes until firm.

Serve with baguette rounds or toast points.
