Garlic Butter Grilled Ribeyes

  • 6 each 10-12 oz. ribeyes
  • 1 tbsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne
  • 2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder

Combine all the spices and rub the steaks on both sides.  Let rest for 10 minutes.  Grill on med-high to reach desired doneness.

 

Garlic Butter

  • 8 oz. butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp. minced parsley
  • 1 tsp. chives, chopped finely
  • black pepper to taste

Comgine all the above ingredients well.  Place in plastic wrap to form a log.  Chill until ready to use.

After removing the steaks from the grill, top with 1-2 slices of the garlic butter.
