Combine above ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool completely. Add 3 to 4 pounds EZ peel raw shrimp and let marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove shrimp from marinade grill on a grill sheet until slightly white, and remove from heat. If serving war, grab the melted butter and a lot of napkins. If serving cold, place shrimp in freezer on a sheet pan in a single layer for about 10 to 12 minutes.
