WILMINGTON-- The owners of the Dockside Restaurant, located near Wrightsville Beach, recently announced they will soon be building a new development project in Surf City.
In addition to building a second restaurant, there will also be volleyball courts, a swimming pool, condominiums and a boating marina with full services and full amenities.
Dockside Restaurant Excutive Chef James Bain says he's thrilled about the new devlopment and the chance to once again bring the general public and those who enjoy boating together.
The new facility will cost $10-million to build.
It's expected to employ 120 people.
According to resort owners, the new building project should be finished by 2010.
