What You Need:

4 bananas

1/4 up flour

1/4-cup light brown sugar

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 cup of cold butter

What you do:

1. Slice bananas lengthwise and place them in a buttered 9x13 backing dish.

2. Measure dry ingredients into a bowl

3. Cut butter into tiny pieces.

4. Mix the butter in the dry ingredients with a wooden spoon or clean hands.

5. Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the sliced bananas, pressing the mixture over the bananas.

6. Bake at 400º for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm.
