Recipe - Fruit yogurt

What you need:

1 container of blueberry, strawberry and lemon or vanilla yogurt (no sugar added)

1/2-cup plain low-fat yogurt

2 T. sugar

What you do:

1. Fill cup 1/3 with strawberry yogurt and freeze until almost firm.
2. Add vanilla, lemon yogurt and let freeze.
3.Add Blueberry yogurt and freeze overnight
