Grilled Chicken Breast with Onion Pepper Relish

6 each chicken breast, boneless & skinless

1/4 C olive oil

S & P

Garlic Powder, as needed

Coat the chicken with oil and season with spices.  Grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until done.

While chicken is grilling:

1 C sliced sweet onion

1 C sliced sweet bell peppers

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 C chicken broth

1 bay leaf

2 tbps corn starch

In a large skillet Saute' the onions and the pepper in the olive oil with the sugar until golden brown.  Add 3/4 C broth and bay leaf to pan, let simmer for 5 minutes.  Dissolve starch in the remaining 1/4 C of broth and add to the pan to thicken relish.  Spoon over the chicken and enjoy.
