Grilled Garlic Shrimp

3 lbs. P&D shrimp

6 cloves minced garlic

1 onion, small dice

1 C chopped parsley

2 tbsp. fresh chopped thyme

1/4 C fresh chopped basil

2 tbsp. course grain Dijon mustard

1/4 C Olive Oil

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1/4 C white wine

salt and pepper

Combine all the above ingredients in a large Ziploc bag.  Let it marinate for 24 hours.  Skewer the shrimp then grill until done and enjoy.

If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for 30 minutes before using.
