Homemade Crotons

One loaf white bread

1/4 cup minced garlic

3T chopped fresh italian parsley

2tsp kosher salt

1.5tsp fresh pepper

1T granulated garlic

1lb butter

Cut bread into bit size cubes. Soften butter and add garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Fold evenly into butter.

Preheat oven to 250 deg. Toast cut bread ten minutes turn and toast again. Add garlic butter mixture to cool toasted bread and fold in evenly.

Place buttered bread on pan and toast again ten minutes. Turn croutons in pan and toast again for ten minutes.
