Mahi Mahi Tacos

2 lbs. Mahi fillets

1/2 cup soy sauce

taco shells

pico de gallo, your favorite

shredded lettuce

chopped cilantro

seasoning mix

1 tbsp. of each

smoked paprika

ground cumin

garlic powder

onion powder

sea salt

1/4 tsp. of each

ground cinnamon


red pepper flakes

black pepper

Marinate fish fillets in soy for 30 minutes.  Combine all seasonings.  Season fish with spice mix and grill until done.  Flake fish fillets.  Add fish to taco shells.  Add lettuce, pico sauce, and cilantro.  Enjoy!
