Tilapia Saint Simons

4-6 large tilapia fillets

2 tbsp. cajun seasoning

8 oz. bay scallops

8 oz. 51/60 shrimp, peeled and deveined

8 oz. king crab meat

4 scallions, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 tbps. butter

salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. chardonnay

chopped parsley

Season the fish fillets with the cajun seasoning.  Grill on broil until done.  In a large saute' skillet melt the butter and saute' the shrimp, scallops, crab meat, garlic, and scallions for two minutes.  Add the lemon juice, wine and seasonings.  Cook for another 2 minutes.  Spoon over the cooked fish fillets and enjoy.
