Avery Island Baked Shrimp

6 T butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 t lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 T tabasco

2 lbs EZ peel shrimp, cleaned

2 t smoked paprika

pinch of cayenne pepper

2 t Dijon mustar, course grain

1 cup panko bread crumbs

2 T chopped parsley

Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

Add lemons juice, tabasco and salt and pepper; mix well.

Combine shrimp, paprika, cayenne, mustard, 1/4 t salt, 1/8 t pepper and 2 T butter mixture. Make sure shrimp are coated evenly. Coat shrimp in the bread crumbs and place on a sheet pan that has been sprayed with food release.

Spray shrimp with the food release. Place in a preheated 500 degree over for 8 to 10 minutes.

Serve with the butter sauce and lemon wedges.
