DURHAM -- Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards used two very different music styles as he talked to different audiences on the same college campus in New Hampshire.
Edwards started with a town-hall appearance at the University of New Hampshire sponsored by MTV and MySpace.
The former North Carolina senator received questions by instant message and received instant feedback from online polls.
He later spoke across campus to a mix of professors, researchers and students to kick off a two-day tour to highlight his plans strengthening rural America.
A bluegrass band played and Edwards was introduced by former U.S. Representative Ben Jones, who played Cooter on "The Dukes of Hazzard," a TV series that went off before today's college students were born.
