BRUNSWICK COUNTY -- Six dogs had to be put down after last week's parvo outbreak in Brunswick County.
On Monday, a state inspector visited the county animal shelter in Supply.
They concluded that there are no signs of the virus.
The six dogs all had symptoms of parvo including diarrhea, throwing-up and nausea.
Officials at the shelter believe the dogs may have suffered from heat exhaustion.
The kennel's are disinfected daily and are back to normal.
"I believe we caught any problem in time. I don't have any dogs in the shelter at the present time with any kinds of symptoms," said Richard Cooper of the Brunswick County Animal Services.
Two of the six dogs that were euthanized were up for adoption.
