TABOR CITY -- Local, state and federal drug agents pulled hundreds of pounds of marijuana off the streets in Columbus County.
The bust happened Tuesday afternoon in Tabor City.
Officers and agents seized 350 pounds of marijuana from a mobile home on Millers Farm Lane.
The sheriff's office says the street value of the marijuana could reach up to $500,000.
One person was arrested and is now in federal custody. To protect the family, officials are not releasing the name.
Columbus County Sheriff Batten says there is some good news from the seizure.
"We're just proud that that amount of marijuana is off the streets as we would be with any illegal contraband and we're glad that somebody is having a miserable day because of it," said Sheriff Batten.
Authorities say the drugs were coming into the area from Mexico.
