Teenager Gunned Down On 30th Street

WILMINGTON -- A 17-year-old teenager was killed Saturday night in a shooting on 30th street.

Antonio Brown was shot multiple times in front of his residence on 30th Street about 3 a.m. Saturday. Witnessess said he was dead at the scene. 

Police found a handful of cocaine and a handgun near his body. 

Friends and neighbors spray painted his name on the sidewalk and created a makeshift memorial to honor Brown.

Jamoka Brown, the victim's sister, said it's been a hard day for the family and they are waiting for someone to come forward. Police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to contact them.
