WILMINGTON -- Tonya McCoy is trying to have it all: family, work, school and a fit body.
But if balancing her time is a juggling act, she says she dropped the ball on staying in shape.
"I feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders," she said. "I feel like I have too much to do and not enough time to do it."
McCoy keeps a picture of how she looked before her two kids in her folder at the YMCA as a constant reminder and motivator.
She's hoping to lose 20 or 25 pounds with the WECT Waist Watchers team, and she's become a regular at the Y. At home, there are temptations everywhere, especially in the "kids' cabinet."
But, she's working to resist temptation, because she knows she can do whatever she sets her mind to.
