WILMINGTON -- A dispute over a trendy silver mouth piece, known as a "grill," could be the reason a Wilmington man is behind bars.
Charles Glover, 21, is in jail under a $100,000 bond. He's charged with burglary and kidnapping.
James Croteau says Glover broke down his door late last Thursday night in Pinewood Apartments. Croteau says Glover was upset over a mouth piece a friend of Croteau's had apparently taken from him.
Police say Glover shot a man named Paul who was inside Croteau's apartment with a BB gun.
Croteau says Paul called 911 but dropped the phone. Within minutes, police were on the scene and arrested Glover inside the apartment.
