A Wilmington man has restored a building on North Front Street in Wilmington with paint and imagination.
Bob DeYoung painted a store front on the boarded up windows of the building to look like Gaylord's Department store. The department store sat in the same building back in the early 1900s.
DeYoung says it enhances Wilmington's historic feel and people seem to like it.
DeYoung owns the building, but he's selling it for $3 million.
