WILMINGTON -- State and local leaders are working to make sure there are no more sewage spills in the Wilmington area.
At a meeting Wednesday, city, county and state officials gathered to discuss some of the problems surrounding the sewer system.
Much of the talks centered on engineering issues and how the shift of sewage flow could ease further concerns.
The Environmental Protection Agency says they could step in if there are further spills.
