WILMINGTON -- More than 100 Christmas trees are decorated at the Hilton in Downtown Wilmington.
It's all a part of the annual Festival of Trees, when local businesses put the star on top of the tree, for a cause.
All trees are decorated and then donated to the the area's nonprofit groups like the Boys and Girls Club.
Onlookers toured the forest of sparkling trees Saturday in the Hilton.
All of the proceeds benefit the Wilmington Hospice.
The festival chair says the festival is an crucial part of the hospice's yearly fundraising.
The festival will be hosting jazz bands on Sundays, and admission is $7.
