-- Jasmine Cove, the assisted living facility that has made headlines for all the wrong reasons, is now making them for the right ones.
The owners received a letter saying they are up to code after last month's final survey.
The facility is now operating under a full license for the first time since July. Under that license they can accept new residents.
The facility currently has 29 patients and lost about seven because of previous problems such as not administering medication properly or meeting diabetic patients' needs. Owner Ann Day says they are already receiving calls about new residents and will be launching a marketing campaign in the near future.
